We begin by slowing down and learning how to truly listen.
You’ll be introduced to Somatic Reporting and the Art of Energetic Presence - learning how to read the body’s signals and create an attuned, grounded state where change naturally unfolds.
So that you can relax into the body’s wisdom, trust what’s arising, and feel what it’s like to be safely held in somatic work for yourself and for others.
This day lights the first flame:
presence, safety, and a direct relationship with the body’s intelligence.
DAY TWO
WHAT THE BODY HOLDS & HOW IT SHIFTS
Once you can listen, we explore what the body has been carrying.
You’ll learn how beliefs, conditioning, and emotional patterns live in the tissues.

Experience SET’s unique Belief Enquiry Process, working directly with the tissues and energy of the body rather than the thinking mind.

So that insight turns into embodied change, and patterns begin to soften, reorganise, and release, without force, fixing, or pushing.

EMBODYING WHAT'S NEXT
We complete the journey by turning toward growth and possibility.

I’m Kate Evans, founder of Somatic Energy Therapy.
My own journey into this work began with a deep passion for understanding the body, not as something to fix, but as an intelligent system longing to be listened to. Over the years, that passion became activation: a calling to guide others into the kind of transformation that only happens when the body leads.
I created Somatic Ignition as the doorway I wish I’d had, a grounded, experiential, and inspiring introduction for those who feel the spark but want to feel what somatic work truly is.
